I’ll say it is a must for all people in this country regardless of their background to be able to have some form of ICT training; cost of training has become very cheap comparably over the years that this is seen as a very practical assertion and not just a dream; i strongly object to some institutions that charge huge amounts of money but without giving the people the necessary “tools” to help them integrate into the ICT job market successfully without requiring extra training; entry level ICT personnel will always require some on-the job training but the level of their preparation before graduation makes it easier to retrain; i want your opinion on this; since this is one of the objectives of this blog; let us all help to make this nation a great one by helping and encouraging each other in the fields that we are most proficient in; i’ll be happy if many ICT gurus out there all over the world will be part of this; and let us use this media to share information, compare notes and encourage each other.
