Like Monalisa says, it depends on the circumstance for the breakup. Some breakups are done in a civilised manner. Some prioir to breakups insult each other, cast insinuations, I will say some are rather nasty. depending on how the breakup came about one would have to weigh all the options beafore taking a decision. When the breakup is ugly, on patching up, the abuses and insinuations will still linger in the minds and the relationship might be a hypocritical one. Mind how you breakup, cause you never know, you might want to patch it up.
